Event Description
Get ready for the big game Saturday by meeting and hearing from the teams that will participate in the 2012 El Toro Bowl at the El Toro Bowl Pre-Bowl Banquet on Friday night, November 30th, at the Schoening Conference Center at the 3C on the AWC Main Campus. The festivities begin at 6:30PM, with the doors opening at 6PM. Tickets are just $25, which includes a great dinner from the event sponsor: Sodexo, AWC's Dining Service. Get your tickets at one of two locations: the Caballeros de Yuma Office, at 180 West 1st Street in downtown Yuma (in the old Yuma City Hall building) (open Thursday and Friday between 10AM & 4PM); and the AWC Athletics Office (southwest corner of the gymnasium building at 2020 South Avenue 8E) (open Thursday from 8AM until 4PM). Proceeds from the bowl game and its related events will benefit several areas, including scholarships at Arizona Western College, as well as allow the Caballeros de Yuma to continue to provide and attract events that positively impact the quality of life in the Yuma community.
